I actually saw your comment on triathlontrainingblog.com, which is (obviously) titled the same as mine.

I'm actually doing the Nation's tri (nationstri.com) in DC as my Olympic race. I'm really excited about it, it should be an amazing event.

Good luck with all your training and your races!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4939715288236722769.post-8963759122408913902009-03-31T13:43:00.000-04:002009-03-31T13:43:00.000-04:00I stumbled across your blog and have really enjoye...I stumbled across your blog and have really enjoyed reading through your training. I'm just starting up my own training blog, and can already tell it's going to be a huge help in tracking progress.

I'm a super-slow runner too, but have finally gotten to a point where my endurance has really improved. I was really out of shape by the end of the year last year, so when I started training in January I could barely run a mile. Now, I'm able to run 6+ miles at a time without any breaks. My focus for the next few weeks is going to be speed and hill work. Wish me luck! Check out my brand new blog if you get a chance.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
