I got to the gym this morning at 6:30 and biked for 25 minutes. I was supposed to be working on the "dead spot" and smoothing that out. I think I did pretty well on that part. Then I met Laura at 7 for a swim for about 40 minutes. Not a bad workout considering the snowstorm that I had to trudge to in order to get to the gym and the workout I missed last night. Tonight I'm hoping to make a yoga class after work.
